Gosh this is old. I made it for my brother's 18th birthday, which must have been...November 2008.
It's by no means perfect. I painted the stamp onto ready roll icing using red food colouring, which means mistakes are impossible to rectify.
It's a lemon flavoured sponge with a lemon curd filling. Possibly with butter cream...I don't remember. It was delicious at any rate
